Ideally located in North Manchester, we let and manage properties throughout the area, including Salford, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Leigh and Accrington , but we're more than happy to help you with your property in other local areas.

We're passionate about property and passionate about providing a first class service to our customers.

We're not a traditional lettings agency. We don't insist on sole agency agreements because they don't help you. We don't have an expensive shop or office to maintain, so we can keep our prices low and offer you fantastic value for money.

Everyone is different, and because of this we will tailor our services to meet your individual requirements. We are always expanding the services we offer to help to take the hassle out of being a Landlord or a Tenant.

We're always available for you, and arrange viewings at times to suit your prospective tenants, including evenings and weekends. We provide full property details sheets, and wherever possible, virtual tours and floorplans to show your properties off in the best way we can. It also helps prospective tenants decide if they really want to see your property!
