Thomas & Rose : X-Factor Premier Lettings. Run by Andrea Lane, Lettings Manager who is ARLA registered. Andrea has ran X-Factor Property Services prior to merging into Thomas & Rose.

Thomas & Rose : 1 Estate Agency. We have a great team in our residential sales department who have all qualified to gain their NAEA Technical Award in Estate Agency.

Thomas & Rose : 1 Acquisitions. Our team in this department work discreetly with our discerning clientele either retained as vendors or buyers to source, negotiate the right deals in land, commercial or investments.
