We are an Independent Company of Estate Agents specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings and Property Management and also Surveys and Valuations, including Homebuyer reports. The Company was founded in 1993 by Anne & Jim Spencer, who were then joined by Geoff Ackroyd. We are members of the NAEA and also the RICS.

Jim Spencer frics fnaea heads the Sales Team, he has been a chartered surveyor for over 35 years and he is joined by Nicola Spencer MNAEA and Sally Eustace MNAEA. Ben Newman is one of our Negotiators.

Geoff Ackroyd FRICS is the head of the Property Management team and he is joined by Chris Kitchen, Jenny Ratcliffe and William Thompson.

Mike Kidder MRICS and Richard Bateman MRICS are in charge of the Survey Department.

Anne Spencer MNAEA is in charge of Administration and Technology.

We have over 100 properties for sale and manage over 200 professional and student properties, mainly in the South of Sheffield.

The survey team cover a broader area of North Derbyshire, South Yorkshire to include Barnsley and Worksop.

Sales fess are structured to each individual property - either as a percentage or fixed fee.

Homebuyers Surveys start at £160 + vat.

Admin fees for tenants are £70+vat for single applications and £100 + vat for couples which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependent on the property but usually a months rent is requested before moving in.
