In general we gain one to two new properties per week and on average have them let within one week.

Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £125 for the first tenant + £50 thereafter which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependant on the property but usually 6 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in. There may also be an inventory check in fee and check out fee.
