Albion Homefinders offers property search and relocation services to both private and corporate clients seeking to buy or rent all types of property in the north of England. We specialise in the area between Leeds, Ilkley, Harrogate and York, and the Yorkshire Dales, but we also operate throughout Yorkshire and the North of England, including Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Lancashire.

Fees:
For property search services there is a small registration fee of £100 for clients seeking rental property and £200 for purchasers.
Once you commit to a property a Finder's Fee is payable equivalent to either one month's rent, or a percentage of the purchase price, which will be agreed with each client depending on purchase price range (maximum 1.25%).
All fees for these and any other services will be clarified in advance with each client, and clearly set out in a service agreement. All fees attract VAT.
