We offer a free initial consultation, of up to half an hour in length, to consider your personal circumstances. Our consultation offer is made without any obligation upon you.

Fees:
We offer two options in payment for our Independent Mortgage Services:
Option 1 - A fee of £280 payable on completion. We may, also, receive a commission from the lender for the introduction of your mortgage business.
Option 2 - A fee of £500 plus 1% of the mortgage advance payable upon completion. Any monies received from the lender, for introduction of the mortgage, shall be credited to the client's account.
Example (option 2): On a mortgage of £100,000, the fee is: £500 + (1% x £100,000) = £1,500. Assuming the lender pays commission at a rate of 0.4%, the client receives a credit for the sum of £400 (0.4% x £100,000). Total fee payable £1,500 - £400 = £1,100 upon completion.
We will not charge you a fee where we fail to find you a suitable mortgage based upon your own particular needs and circumstances.
