Fees:
Our letting fee is charged at 10% plus vat, rent collection at 11.5% plus vat, and Full Management at 15% plus vat. There is a Contract Fee of £50 plus vat charged to both Landlord and Tenant.
Deposits taken are dependent on the property but usually equivalent to 6 weeks' rent.
