Directors Craig Buckingham and Tom Francis launched Harringtons Property Brokers in January 2005. With over 20 Years combined experience in the industry, and having worked for both corporate and independent agents across Hampshire and Wiltshire, the directors focus was to provide a forward thinking proactive property agency working for people not just property.

Because Harringtons offer such a bespoke service it is never possible to quote a uniform fee that all clients pay. Because each property and indeed client are different our service differs from client to client. Harringtons can offer a fixed fee, a percentage fee and many different sliding scale fees measured on performance, price etc. One thing is for sure the service provided far outways any fee payable!
