We are an independently owned franchised estate agency serving the Cheltenham area since 1995. The franchise group extends to over 100 offices operating under 7 established brand names nationwide.



Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management.



We have recently purchased a landmark regency building in the centre of Cheltenham as business growth and the need to accommodate our expanding operations have driven the move to No 1 Bath Street. The building has been lovingly refurbished, blending historic elegance with must-have mod cons such as air conditioning and high-tech connectivity. Being a stones throw from the High Street enables us to provide an extremely convenient one-stop property service for all types of clients, be they families out shopping or business folk on their lunch break.

We have 15 highly qualified staff many of which are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (arla).

We usually hold a stock of approximately 100 properties, generally between the price range of £200,000 to £1.5 million.



We manage a portfolio of approximately 150 letting properties and usually have approximately 30 flats and houses available to rent in the Cheltenham area.

We charge a percentage for property sales depending upon the service level required and type of agency agreement.



There is a schedule of lettings fees within our "landlords guide to letting" dependent upon the service level required (complimentary copy available upon request). Tenants fees are payable upon application with full details upon request.
