Founded in 2005 I specialise in de-cluttering and staging property to ensure as quick a sale as possible at the best possible price.
I offer a free initial consultation, where I discuss what I will do, and how it will benefit the client, I will then have a detailed look around the property and complete a detailed report advising what needs to be done. For an average 3 bed house this costs £250.00. However if the client uses prepare2sell to carry out the work, this fee is waived.
For those clients wishing to complete the work themselves I can recommend reliable experienced tradesmen, and I will go back and stage the property once the work has been completed.
I advise clients to stage the property before it is photographed by the agent, as it is amazing how many people overlook this.
I also stage show homes for developers and complete office refurbs for the commercial sector.

She completed a professional interior design course in 2004, and set up in business a few months later, doing anything from a 1 day de-clutter project to a complete office fit out, as well as doing show homes and single rooms.
