jdm Estate Agents are a well known local independent family company with residential branches in Chislehurst, Petts Wood and Locksbottom plus a Lettings department all covering the London Borough of Bromley along with a specialised Land & new Homes department. We were established in 1996 by brothers Jonathon de Maid and Jeremy de Maid with Margaret de Maid, subsequently being joined by Richard Piddock and Nicholas de Maid.
Our partners, along with the de Maid father Alan de Maid as a Consultant to jdm, bring together a wealth of relevant knowledge each having had extensive experience within the local market since the early eighties.
