Past projects:
Restoration development of the grade II listed former Sawmill and Estate Yard, Tetbury, Gloucestershire, which was part of the model farm complex created by Robert Holford who planted much of the neighbouring National Arboretum.
Situated in the south of the Cotswolds, the Westonbirt Estate Yard is an exceptional rural development of nine luxury properties finished to an extremely high standard.
At the Estate Yard many of the original period features have been painstakingly retained and restored to provide houses with modern day comforts whilst retaining the character of the past.
The Westonbirt Estate Yard features seven conversions ranging from three to five bedrooms. There are also two new single storey dwellings, which are being built to complement the original Westonbirt Estate Yard buildings, these have four and five bedrooms.
