The average price of our sales properties is around £1,000,000. Generally we offer properties ranging from £200,000 for a studio flat, up to over £2,000,000 for larger properties.
The average price of our rentals properties is around £850 per week. Generally we offer properties ranging from £185 per week for a studio flat, up to around £2,000 per week for larger properties.

Fees:
In order to achieve a quick and successful completion on a rental property, we require the following:
1. References - We use the Letsure, a credit-referencing agency, and the tenant will be required to complete a form for referees. The charge for this is £20 (inclusive of VAT) if completed on the Internet or £25 (inclusive of VAT) if the form is manually completed and posted, the cost to be borne by the tenant. In the case of more than one tenant each person will be required to pay the fee.
2. 6 weeks deposit - to be held in an interest bearing account, the balance will be paid to the tenant (less any end of tenancy costs and dilapidations) at the end of the tenancy.
3. The first month's rent - calculated by multiplying the weekly rent by 52 and dividing the total by 12 to arrive at the monthly figure.
4. Our administration costs - these are £129.25 inclusive of VAT.
Sales - our standard fee is 2.5% for sole agency and 3% for multiple agency.
