I am a 'specialist mortgage consultant and Protection Intermediary' providing a personalised service to my clients in the comfort of their own homes. I work as a sole traderproviding a personal and professional mortgage and protection advisory service. I hold F.P.C and M.A.Q. qualifications and I am directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

I provide advice on Mortgages, Re-mortgages, secured loans, Equity release/home reversion plans, Further advances, Capital raising, Adverse credit, Mortgage protection, term assurance, Permanent Health insurance (phi), Mortgage payment protection insurance(mppi), Accident Sickness and Disability cover(asu), Building and Contents insurance, Commercial mortgages/finance.

My client base is largely private with some commercial clients. I can place mortgages in all sectors of the market from first time buyers, adverse credit to portfolio investors. I have acces to the 'Whole of the Market' through over 300 lenders.

I charge a 'nominal' flat rate fee for mortgage advice only. I do not charge any fees for work or advice in connection with protection or genral insurance policies.

I receive procuration fees from Lenders and commissions from insurance product providers.
