In 1997 Neil Stockdale bought his first Buy To Let property. He gradually built up his portfolio of properties to let out and as the business grew other investors asked Neil to act as agent for their own properties. Since 1997 Ridgeway has outgrown it's office space 4 times and in May 2007 moved to a prestigious position in the centre of Lymm village and also expanded into an Estate Agency.

Paul Chapman joined in 1999 to bringing with him a wealth of property and management skills. 4 years later Paula Evans, also with a background in Estate Agency joined the rapidly growing company and by 2005 two part time employees were added to the team. Opening the new office in May 2007 3 new staff were employed taking the team to 8.
