Where possible we will seek to get the lender to pay us our fee, but this is not always possible. However on all but adverse cases, we are confident that we can save you more than enough on your repayments to make any fee more than justified.
Adverse cases tend to need a lot more work, and therefore usually have higher fees.
It should be noted that these fees are normally included within the mortgage unless you prefer to pay the fees yourself. This fee is payable either on submission of the mortgage application or within 24 hours of legal completion of the mortgage. This fee is based on the loan to value of the property being mortgaged and the amount of any adverse credit. you currently have. The minimum fee being £495.00 and the maximum being £3,195.00. depending on your circumstances. Our average fee is currently £932.00
