A fee of £90.00 per hour. We find that it typically takes us 10 hours of work to arrange a mortgage, which would mean a fee of £900.00. You are charged for the time taken to establish your needs, research the market and recommend the most suitable mortgage for you and for the time taken in the administration involved in packaging the application, submitting it to the lender, any additional work required before the mortgage offer is secured from the lender and the mortgage monies released. It could be more or less than this depending on your individual circumstances. We will refund any commission we receive from the lender.
