Dennis Taylor Financial Services was created in 1985. Since 1992 the company has been independent and specialises in providing mortgages for Residential property, buy to let property, over seas property, and commercial property.

My main area of business is giving advice for the purchase or remortgage of domestic property.

I am a sole trader but am finding that assistance is required in most areas of my business activities.

I am a totally indpenedent mortgage adviser my qualifications are CertII(MP)

My active geographical area is Hants, Berks, Wilts & Oxford.

My client base is comprised of aprox 800 clients although many more are in my records.

Products cover the whole of the available mortgage market also general insurance and life products associated with this area.

Acess to products numbers in excess of 50,000 at any one time.

By definition many of my clients are in the adverse or self cert mortgage market.

My advice is free but an overall charge of 1% of the loan is payable on completion.

If a loan is not obtained no charge is made.
