We also specialise in Buy to Let mortgages and Commercial deals. The business is one of a handful of business nationally to be able to offer 'Currency Lending'. This is a facility where by you can take advantage of lower interest rates from around the world, secured on your UK property. We have links with lenders around the globe in order that we can assist with purchases and re-mortgages in most countries.

Any initial consulatation is free of charge, however we do charge a broker fee on most cases for managing the case from inception right through to offer. This is dependent on if the lender in question will pay a procuation fee.
