Many smaller Developers find Interior Designer prices too high to enable them to offer Show Homes on their sites. I am able to offer reasonably priced furniture and accessory rental services, which opens up the opportunity to offer Showhomes to the smallest of new home developments.

I personally cover the Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk areas, but work closely with my colleagues throughout the UK, specifically within the South Eastern areas.

Starting from as little as £197 for a Home Sale Consultation, I can provide a 2 hour home visit followed with a Recommendation Report that gives practical suggestions for Home Owners to improve the desireability and salesability of their properties.

Likewise, a Property Developers Report is a larger document @ £397 and provides a more detailed recommendation of what work is required to bring a property up to its marketable potential.
