Lifecote are authorised to carry out installation of remedial works to be installed in accordance with the British Standard Code of practice for Installation of Chemical Damp Proof Courses bs 6576:1985 bs 6576:1992.
We offer a totally FREE 30-year guarantee, issued upon completion of works. Our approved facility also allows us to issue a third party guarantee from the trustee (Westminster Guarantees Protection Ltd) who, for the customers benefit will secure our guarantee for 30 years.
Westminster Guarantees Protection Ltd (the trustee) are both Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and Financial Service Authority (FSA) approved, trading for over 11 years and thus underwrite our guarantee in the event of Lifecote ceasing to trade.
Our approved status treatment certificates are recognized by all Bank, Building societies, Local councils and / or Chartered surveyors.
The business is fully insured for both public and employer liability, which indemnifies our customers in the unlikely event of any incident (£2,000,000).
