I produce title plans, leaseplans and floorplans for solicitors, property developers, agents and commercial & residential landlords.

I also provide floorplans for licensed premises for local authority and fire regulations.

All plans meet the criteria set by the land registry and local authorities.

I carry out site measurement surveys prior to drawing the plan but can also work from given dimensioned sketches or drawings.

I am self employed and offer a one-to-one personal service from my office in St Albans.

My main areas of business are London North of the Thames, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Essex. I have also been know to venture further affield on request.

My current fees are £55 per hour which covers all travel and on site work, the preparation and final drawing.

I am an HND qualified draughtsman with over 30 years experience of design drawing.
