Miller Evans & Co is a firm of solicitors founded in 1997 dealing mainly with property law including residential and commercial conveyancing, co-habitation agreement, wills and trust deeds. We also deal with debt collection and other areas of law.

We have 6 staff in this office of which 3 handle cases and 3 are support staff.

We act for clients in transactions throughout England and Wales but also specialise in properties in the Docklands area of London.

We give fixed fee quotations so that you know where you are. Our fees start at £500 plus vat for the sale of a freehold property under £200,000. We charge £140 plus vat for a straight forward will, but give a discount if two people have similar wills. We have a very economic debt collection service charging £5 plus vat for the initial letter and thereafter only charge what the court allows us to re-coup from the debtor.
