Property presentation and furniture rental are the main areas of business but we also carry out interior design for local clients.

Although a limited company, the day to day running of the business is done by Zoe Beaudro. However, we utilise the service of a delivery company for the furniture rental and deal with numerous suppliers for the home staging and interior design.

The company is primarily concerned with helping financially astute clients sell their homes. We advise on changes that can be cost effectively and sensibly made to the property to ensure the presentation is the best it can be. From photo consultations to those who live far away, to local verbal consultations to hands on coordination, styling and furniture placement.

We also offer furniture kit packs to rent or buy to property developers selling empty properties. At present this is available in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and immediate surrounding areas but we are looking to offer this further afield.

A photo consultation costs £35 per room. A verbal consultation costs from £150. A written consultation costs between £300 and £500 depending on size of house. Hands on staging, coordination of work and styling is charged at on a daily basis.

I have received professional training in property presentation from Ann Maurice and I am also trained in interior design by KLC.
