Mca Homes has been trading since 1998 and became part of the MCA Group in 2000. The homes company completes around 180 units per annum while our timber frame section provides kits to MCA Homes and other house builders and developers. We also have our own flooring division to provide all types of flooring for all sections.

We employ sixty four staff and over 100 subcontractors. The management team includes an architect, structual engineer, quantity surveyor and accountant. All design can be done in-house. All our employees are highly trained and experienced.

We build flatted developments, terraced homes, semi-detached villas, detached villas, town houses and bungalows providing accommodation of between two and five bedrooms. We are currently developing six sites in Caldercruix, Alloa, Kirkcaldy, Falkirk, Bathgate and Linlithgow.

Prices of our properties range from around £69,995.00 to £165,000.00.

We are registered with both NHBC and Zurich and have achieved secure by design awards and the Forth Valley Business Award for Excellence in Skills and Learning from Forth.
