I can source Buy to Let mortgages from 90% sometimes depending on the type of property and criteria.

I also have a good competitive range of insurance cover for Buy to let and Domestic Home Insurance.

I have in the region of 25 Mortgage Lenders to use if required, and can arrange suitable deals for clients with adverse credit ( i.e. CCJ's and defaults etc).

I try not to charge fees unless there is no procuration fee from the lender or is a very small amount. If Life cover and General insurance is taken then no fee will be charged.

I look at my clients as long term hence no fee.
