ViP has been in operation since 2001 and we have grown to provide a buying and selling property service, off market. This ensures our clients receive individual attention as well as professional advice. We recently started an umbrella company, Real Property Partners, which offers independent financial advice, a global foreign property expert, a relocation agent, a qualified surveyor search agent and a sales expert.

Our expertise is in offering an exclusive service to each and every one of our clients. We tend to work within Scotland, mainly Edinburgh, Fife and the Borders but our foreign property expert works all over the world including exotic locations such as St Lucia in the Caribbean. We have access to various other experts.

Since 2001 we have assisted solicitors, individuals and corporate clients in a variety of ways relating to property.

The majority of properties we deal with are 'high end', although we do work with properties from £250k+.

At this moment in time we have about 15 properties for sale.

The average time a property is listed with us is approximately 3 weeks. New properties coming to us? This varies depending on our client base requirements etc.

We charge 1% plus VAT for any sale. Any agreed advertising etc will be charged.

We charge 12.5% plus VAT of the monthly rental income for renting out properties. There is an initial administration charge for the owner of the property of £150 plus VAT.

We do not charge tenants any fees.

Fiona has been a member of various associations but presently remains independent.
