We are a small firm of independent Chartered Building Surveyors, located in the market town of Chipping Sodbury in South Gloucestershire. The firm is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a member of the Independent Surveyors Association.

We offer traditional surveying duties as well as design, contract administration, planning, building regulation, listed building & conservation area consents, legal and access consultancy to residential and commercial clients.

We have 2 staff in this office, 2 qualified Chartered Building Surveyors, 1 of which is a professional member of the Association of Project Safety and the Association of Project Management.

Our area of business extends to the counties of Bristol, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and Wiltshire.

Fee scales vary with type of commission and whether commercial or residential in nature, both fixed fee and hourly rates are negotiated and commissions can be tailored to individual client requirements.
