Felix Joseph has 10 years experience investing in Property in the UK and Europe. He is a qualified Economist and business analyst. He has Brokered numerous successful property deals and specialises in Low and no money down property investment allowing the buyer to retain as much of his principle investment as possible whilst acquiring property assets.

Sharon Joseph has 11 years experience in property investment, Interior design, training and property Lettings. She is the company house doctor providing the insight and finishing touches to get that property sold or rented in the face of the competition.

Property Under One Roof charge fees on a commission basis. The Commission ranges from 1 to 3% of the value of the Property sourced or brokered.
