Specialising in the letting of some of the most exclusive beachfront homes on the South Coast, RHH offers a high level of service to both landlord clients and holidaymaker visitors.

Out of the main holiday season, selected units are available for short term residential use, in 8 week blocks. This unique service fills a substantial gap in the market for professionals seeking short term accommodation on assignment as well as local residents having to vacate their own homes for refurbishment or insurance purposes.

A highly committed team of 5 with extensive experience in property, hotel and customer service over many years provide knowledgeable advice, help and service that is second to none.

Weekly holiday lettings (April to October) and short term (under 6 months) residential lettings (October to April) mean that most properties have the potential to be occupied (and therefore earning an income) almost all year round.

With coverage across East Dorset and the Poole/Bournemouth/Christchurch conurbation, RHH is 'big enough to cope and small enough to care'.

Property owners (landlords) pay an annual fee (currently £120) plus 18% of letting income. There is an initial 'sign up' fee of £240. VAT is payable on these figures.

Visitors pay a booking fee (currently £25 including VAT) on top of the weekly rent. Cancellation insurance is a condition of booking. From 1st October 2007, we will no longer offer our own scheme and visitors must ensure they have adequate cover in the event they are unable to pay the balance of the holiday rent due.

Out of season, residential tenants pay an administration and agreement fee (details on application).
