Weekly holiday lettings (April to October) and short term (under 6 months) residential lettings (October to April) mean that most properties have the potential to be occupied (and therefore earning an income) almost all year round.

Fees:
Property owners (landlords) pay an annual fee (currently £120) plus 18% of letting income. There is an initial 'sign up' fee of £240. VAT is payable on these figures.
Visitors pay a booking fee (currently £25 including VAT) on top of the weekly rent. Cancellation insurance is a condition of booking. From 1st October 2007, we will no longer offer our own scheme and visitors must ensure they have adequate cover in the event they are unable to pay the balance of the holiday rent due.
Out of season, residential tenants pay an administration and agreement fee (details on application).
