Gordon is a Partner in DM Hall and DMH Baird Lumsden. He graduated in 1982 with an Honours Degree in Rural Land Management and is a Fellow and Vice Head of the RICS Rural Practice Division.
Gordon is a commercially aware rural property advisor to private and institutional landowners. He heads the farm valuation service, acts as an expert witness and advises on rural development. Golf Property, from rent reviews to development advice, is one of his particular specialities.

Ricky joined DMH Baird Lumsden in 2004 and has over 18 years experience in sales and marketing of residential and commercial property throughout Scotland.
His role involves Estate agency sales, market appraisals and negotiations for all types of rural property from country cottages to Golf courses. He also specialises in market research for developer clients and house finding for retained clients.

Richard graduated from The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester in 1999 with a BSc Hons Degree in Rural Land Management. He joined the firm in 2003 and is currently undergoing his professional training for his RICS qualification.
Richard has practical experience of farming, land management and pipelines and is also involved in Rural Property Valuations and Agency work.

Donald Yellowley BSc (Hons) MRICS
Senior Surveyor to the Bridge of Allan office
Donald joined our Bridge of Allan office in February of this year, with his main remit being the valuation of farms and country properties over the whole of Scotland. He will also be involved in a range of professional work including Rural property Agency, Estate Management and Wayleave and Compensation work.
Donald has eight years post-qualification experience in Rural Practice surveying throughout Scotland together with extensive experience in the General Practice and Commercial sectors.
