We currently have approx 50 properties on our books 80% sales and 20% lettings. Our prices range from £250,000 to over £1m.

For sales we charge 2.5% for sole agency and 3.5% for multi agency.

For rental we charge 10% let only, 12% rent demand and 16% fully managed.
