We are predominately residential letting agents, offering let only and full management services in the Hull and East Riding area of Yorkshire.

Currently letting over 100 mid to upper end market properties, for landlords both here in the uk and overseas client s who have kept their UK residence as a bolt hole.

We have venutred recently in the selling market where we offer agood old fashioned service based on realistic valuations and hands on approach. Properties average circ £120,00 and are on the books for less than a month.

As we are independent we have rhe flexibility on our fee structures but we average a full letting fee of approx 10 - 12.5 %

Selling fees vary according to the price band and package required by the client.
