Fees:
Our clients can choose how we get paid, either:
A fee of up to £595 payable on completion of the mortgage. In addition we will receive a commission from the lender.
Or
A fee of 1.5% of the loan amount payable on completion of the mortgage. (An example of this would be a fee of £1,500 on a loan of £100,000). We will then reimburse you any commission we receive from the lender.
Fees are only payable upon completion of a mortgage.
You will receive a key facts illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it.
