We are a letting agents specialising in the letting of homes in Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire.. The company has been in operation since 2003 and is run by Jon Mole. We are completely independant and we are hoping to attain ARLA membership later on this year-2006.We only use inventory clerks who are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (aiic).

We have 2 members of staff and we outsource a number of tasks as necessary. All are staff are sent periodically on ARLA training courses.

We normally have about 20 to 30 properties on to let at any one time.. On average, properties are let within 2 weeks of being listed by us. We have properties between £450 and £2000 pcm.

Our admin fee is a fixed rate of £150 for one tenant, £250 for 2, and thereafter £125 per extra tenant which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependant on the property but usually 6 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in.
