Oak Tree Estates is an independent local estate agent, we have been trading since 2005, and have over 20 years experience between us. We pride ourselves on the one to one service we provide. We specialize in residential sales and lettings we also cover commercial sales. We work along side many large investment companies who purchase properties for cash.

We currently have 35 sales 22 lettings properties range from £70,000 to £450,000, the average property we have on our books are traditional mid terraced properties, we aim to sell a new instruction within 3 months. We are also an introducer for all residential mortgage products.
Fees:
We normally charge a flat fee from of £800 fully inc for properties up to £100,000, then 1% thereafter, lettings we charge £75 admin for credit check, ref, contracts.
