We only have houses for students and have been around since 1993. All our houses are fitted to the highest standards with full interlinked smoke alarms, broadband access in all bedrooms rooms, a microwave and a washing machine is standard.
We work closely with the University and Local Authority to ensure the highest standards are always maintained. Our rooms are always full which says it all.

Staff:
Our full-time manager, Susan, has many many years experience renting to students in her own houses as well as ours. Susan always treats Students with respect and is approachable but firm and you will know what is going on, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Above all, Susan will inspire you with confidence and allow you to concentrate on your studies (and of course, social life) and never worry about the house or the landlord.
