Fees:
We are very competitive and only charge 10% of the monthly rent
Our admin fee is a fixed rate of 3/4% of the first months rent which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. Deposit is dependant on the property but usually 5 weeks and a months rent is requested before moving in.
