We provide a bespoke property search and acquisition service to both corporate and private clients and we cover residential, commercial, rental and investment properties. We also provide a Moving Assistant service, tailored made to meet your individual requirements. Following several years working in the Estate Agency Industry, Sarah formed the company to act solely for "the buyer" whom she felt needed to be represented by a property professional.

Sarah Leah-Daniels is the company director and has over ten years experience in the property sector.

Our bespoke search and acquisition service is available to all sectors of the market and we deal with finding properties in all price ranges. Our fees are scaled accordingly to meet every budget. We deal with both corporate and private clients and cover every type of property from residential to investment and commercial. We also provide a Moving Assistant service for both our search clients or indeed for clients who have already found a property to purchase.

Our initial registration fee is £250, this is non-refundable. Our fees range from £500 to £2,500 and are dependent on the final purchase price agreed. Our fees are payable on exchange of contracts. The fee for our Moving Assistant service is £295.
