Hsh SmoothMove staff are all property experienced but have far longer backgrounds in customer service which mean that you get support and guidance throughout your property sale, as well as technical knowledge.

Founder of the business, Tim Richens, has been in property for over 15 years now and been a customer service professional for his whole career of 25 years.

His staff total 10 in number and the eight case handlers (Relocation consultants) are never allowed to carry caseloads of more than 30 customers/properties. This allows them to be communicative and proactive with all of there customers and to keep on top of estate agents to the benefit of their clients.

The admin staff supporting the case handlers are specifically recruited for their organisation skills and attention to detail, allowing the case handlers to stay in touch daily with the customers and suppliers alike.

Hsh SmoothMove is a product designed to remove the stress and workload from property sellers of all types and in all locations in the UK (except Northern Ireland).

We have sold property from as low a value as £20,000 and right up to several million. Whilst our customer might be quite different and our suppliers also, our own approach is consistent. We ensure that we have the correct valuation, the best agent and the most creative approach to each sale individually.

Currently we have around 200 properties on our books, being managed by 8 Relocation Consultants (case handlers).

Based on national averages (from hometrack statistics) we consistently sell quicker (2 weeks on average), exchange quicker (up to a month on average) and for a better price (2-3% on average).

Whether you want to sell in a hurry or place your property on the market to get the highest price, our fees are only 2% plus VAT (you pay no agents fees on top).

Part of our fee includes a free home staging consultation (worth up to £200) with the country's foremost stagers - Homestagers. This will help you understand how to best present your property to convert viewers into buyers.

If we sell your house to a buyer without marketing with an estate agent, we will pay up to £500 towards your legal costs.

There is a fee of £125 for the valuations that HSH SmoothMove undertake on your behalf, this involves three agents visiting your property on our behalf and providing written evidence and figures, this allows us to prepare a 5-6 report on your property (facts, background, marketing strategy and our recommendations). If you take up the service following our recommendations then your valuation fee is reimbursed.
