Fees:
Rental Properties: We require a holding fee of £100 per tenant in order to carry out reference checks. This fee is refundable if the tenancy procedes. An admin fee of £20 plus VAT is charged for the lease as well as individual bank charges for references. We require one month's rent plus the equivalent of one month's deposit initially.
