Until recently most of our business has been in Residential Lettings although recently we have built up the Residential Sales side of the business. We hope shortly to introduce Overseas properties.

Most of our experience in Commercial Premises involves searching for premises for Retained Clients. We do occasionally market commercial properties from small shops and offices to the opposite end of the scale!

The Proprietor Adam Hayes had several years of experience with local companies before forming his own business, so has spent most of his working life in the industry. He has also always lived within a ten mile radius of the office so knows the area very well.

Unless requested to market discretely all current properties are shown in our window and on our website. If permitted to do so we will erect our board which generally increases the number of enquiries greatly.

Properties may also be advertised in local papers and on occasions a mailshot of the surrounding area.

We take pride in offering our clients the best property sales service around, we are very aware of the stress involved in moving home and do our utmost to reduce this as much as we can.
