Because we have relatively low overheads, reduced fees are passed onto customers. We are very hands on and still provide a personal service to owners and tenants that some bigger agencies lack. We do not sell properties, we concentrate on lettings only as our core business. There is no VAT charged. We can provide Let only or Managed Services, create Inventories, Tenancy set up, Credit Reference checks,Rent guarantee insurance. We cover Leeds, Bradford, Brighouse, Elland, Wakefield and Spenborough. We can provide maintenance and refurbishment services.

We have a cap on the number of properties we take on at any one time. This way we can really concentrate on the ones we have got and get them let as quickly as possible. We will provide advice on current legislation and feedback on viewings.

Because the lettings market moves so quickly, we have new properties coming on our books every day ranging from new flats to houses. Prices start from £385pcm to £900pcm.

The price structure is transparent and flexible. We have a pick and mix structure so the owner can choose the service required. Fees start from £175.00 for a tenant find to 80% of the first month's rent for a tenant find. If your situation isn't straightforward and you want an advertising service only we are flexible.

Management is 10% of the gross monthly rent. There are no tenant costs except for the credit reference check which is £30.00 per person.
