Karen Chapman who runs the residential sales has had extensive experience within the property market. She has run a successful office team in Axminster with another Estate Agent for 8 years and has lived and worked in the area most of her life, which has given an extensive background knowledge of properties and locations. Now undertaking this new challenge with her local friendly team, Assistant Manager Marc Baker and Sales Administrator Donna Jacobs, they welcome all aspects of the property market.
