We handle all aspects of residential sales and lettings, we also have a furniture department which has been trading for 25 years supplying quality furniture to landlords, letting agents and the general public, we have recently launched a cleaning department carrying out pre-tenancy and end of tenancy cleans as well as block/communal cleaning.

We handle all residential sales on a "no sale no fee" basis, we have no "Lock in contracts" putting pressure on us to perform, we are part of a network of estate agents covering North Surrey and South London and we only charge 1%!

For lettings we offer three types of service:
Tenant find only 5%
Rent Collection 7%
Managed 10%

Our renewals are charged at 1/2 the previously paid rate, all tenants fully referenced obtaining a credit score if required and our AST are for one year.
