Originally established in Paignton in 1958 we are a completely independent private firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers specialising in Building Surveys, Home Buyers' Reports, residential valuations, Schedules of Condition and commercial rent review; works within the districts of Torbay, Teignbridge and South Hams.

Gerald Austin is a Chartered Surveyor who qualified in 1972 and has practised in South Devon for 26 years.

Andrea Stone has been with the company for 20 years and deals with all aspects of report writing and general administration.

Andrew Waterer, also a Chartered Surveyor, is a consultant to the firm enabling cover for all eventualities.
