I have been in the financial industry for 6 years and set up my own company specialising in mortgages financing all types of properties from residential properties to buy to let properties and commercial properties. I have worked for some of the biggest players in the market gaining the best training and knowledge from the best advisers.

Currently I work alone but I have a network of advisers I can go to if I am unsure where to place a complicated enquiry.

I have around 60 clients and I review their situation on a regular basis. I specialise in investment properties. I am able to help raise finance on a wide range of products from the whole market.

I charge:
£300 for residential mortgages,
£500 for buy to let properties and adverse lending,
1% of the purchase price for commercial lending.

I do not charge fees for arranging/reviewing insurance policies.
