We currently have 6 staff who have residential letting experience. Many of our staff have had the ARLA qualification. Certain staff have in depth knowledge of buy-to-let market and current mortgage products, and are able to offer sound advice on investment and profit maximisation.

We currently manage a portfolio in excess of 400 properties. We have an exceptional record of properties being let from receipt of keys to signed leases in an average of 2.6 weeks! We are involved with sourcing investment property, furnishing, refurbishment and block management.

Our fees are quite straightforward at 10% of the monthly rent.
