Certificated bailiffs are authorised by the County Court to assist commercial landlords recover rent arrears and any other costs recoverable under the terms of the lease as rent. We can do this in two ways, one is to levy distress on the tenants whereby we can seize goods and chattels on the premises and sell them to recover the debt, or collect the outstanding rent for not seizing the goods. Two to make a peaceful re entry to the property and forfeit the lease so that the landlord can take back control.

We also carry out other types of debt collection on a no win no fee basis, serve official documents on individuals and businesses for estate agents and solicitors (known as process serving) and provide security services both as consultants and as suppliers of security officers or patrols.

We also conduct discreet covert private investigations.
