We deal with sale and letting of residential property in the Friern Barnet, New Southgate, Finchley and Southgate area of North London. Our services also include arranging mortgages and providing various types of insurance for our clients.

We charge a £50 fee to tenants which includes all admin, contracts, references etc. A months rent in advance alongside a months deposit is required prior to moving into any property. Our sales fees are 1% on a sole and multi agency basis.
